SEI CMMI® DEV Level 3 – 12/29/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it has achieved a Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Development (DEV) Maturity Level 3, Version 1.3, rating from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University. With this rating level, Zantech ensures that all of its processes adhere to the highest standards available and guarantees that its customers will consistently receive the highest levels of quality. In addition, these standard processes allow Zantech to collect the best lessons learned and use this knowledge on future projects.

ISO 27001:2013 Certification – 10/14/2014

Zantech IT Services announces that it has received an ISO 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), which was granted by International Standards Certifications (ISC), an external auditing body. The ISO 27001:2013 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an ISMS to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech’s ISO 27001:2013 certified ISMS ensures that the security arrangements can be continually fine-tuned to keep pace with changes to the security threats, vulnerabilities, and business impacts to the customer’s organization.

FEMA TADS Support Contract Award – 9/29/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Training Aids for Dam Safety (TADS) support services to the National Dam Safety Program (NDSP). Under this contract, Zantech will provide engineering subject matter experts, technical publication writers, graphic development professionals, and teaching aid developers to update and expand existing TADS modules, develop new guidance for dam safety personnel and emergency management officials, and provide recommendations for more effective TADS usage.

Zantech Company Picnic – 8/3/14

Zantech IT Services, Inc. hosted it fourth annual company picnic at the National’s Baseball Park in Washington, D.C. The afternoon affair began with a family picnic, followed by the baseball game between the Nationals and the Philadelphia Phillies. With picture perfect weather, the picnic was a great opportunity for the staff and their families to get together, meet each other, and socialize. Festivities also included a raffle with numerous prizes for the attendees. The event was attended by nearly one hundred staff and family members, which reflects the tremendous growth that has occurred in the company during the past year.

Zia Islam, Zantech’s CEO, said, “Our annual picnic is a great opportunity to recognize our outstanding, hardworking employees. It gives us all a chance to relax, reconnect with each other, meet new employees, and enjoy the day. It’s something I look forward to each year.”

FEMA PMO Support Contract Award – 5/21/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Program Management Office (PMO) support services for the Storage Tank Management Program (STMP). Under this contract, Zantech will provide engineering and environmentally focused project management, strategic planning, procurement oversight, business process improvement, and information technology expertise in support of FEMA’s petroleum products emergency disaster preparedness activities.

FPS Physical Security Contract Award – 5/6/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Protective Service (FPS), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide physical security support services. Under this four year contract, Zantech will provide personnel with expertise in physical security systems planning, design, implementations, management, and specifications compliance; conducting facility security assessment to identify threats and vulnerabilities; and assist with identifying, evaluating, and recommending security countermeasures.

USCG SENTINEL Support Contract Award – 4/3/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order, for up to three years of performance, under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide SENTINEL Class cutter acquisition support to the USCG Resident Project Office (RPO) in Lockport, LA. Zantech’s staff will provide program analysis and review, correspondence review and tracking, test inspection and quality assurance, CDRL review and workflow management, records management, Primary Crew Assembly Facility (PCAF) coordination and training, meeting coordination, and network administration.

DOS eDiplomacy Contract Award – 4/1/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) has awarded it a contract to provide technical consulting support to the Bureau of Information Resource Management’s eDiplomacy Program Office (IRM/BPC/eDip) Under this two year contract, Zantech’s professional personnel will provide technical expertise on innovative technology initiatives, requirements analysis, project management analysis, issue resolution, testing, web development, documentation, training, and end user support.

USCG IT Data Support Contract Award – 3/25/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Information Technology (IT) Data Floor and Facilities Support to the USCG Operations Systems Center (OSC) in Kearneysville, WV. Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide facilities project, asset, and property management; hardware and software installations; testing and quality assurance; telecommunications, audio visual, and security systems installation and maintenance; and classified facility support.

Army PMSS-3 Contract Award – 3/21/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by the U.S. Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal IL that Zantech is one of six companies out of 24 bidders that has been awarded a Program Management Support Services-3 (PMSS-3) prime contract vehicle. Under this Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, Zantech will have the opportunity to provide program management support services to the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) headquarters, directorates, project/product offices and related organizations. The contract will provide for the full range of program management support in the functional areas of project/product management, business process reengineering, information systems security, contingency planning, and physical security.

Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide technical publications development, sustainment and distribution; configuration management, document control, and quality assurance; engineering drawings and graphics development; and project scheduling.

USCG Analytical support Contract Award – 2/10/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Analytical Support Services to the Director of Acquisition Support Services (CG-92) and to the Assistant Commandant for Capability, Office of Requirements and Analysis (CG-771). Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide project acquisition assistance, which includes planning, research, analysis, writing, documentation, integration and coordination between offices and organizations, and support to the requirements management process.

GSA IT Schedule 70 Award – 1/31/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services to the Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) in Portsmouth, VA. Under this four year contract, Zantech’s staff will research and develop logistics documents in support of C3CEN’s hardware and software systems and equipment suites.
