AF CAAS IV Contract Award – 11/29/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that its ZCSolutions joint venture was recently awarded a Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV contract by the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA. ZCSolutions, LLC is a joint venture with Capstone Corporation, Zantech’s mentor under a Small Business Administration (SBA)-approved mentor protégé relationship.

The CAAS IV program, managed by the ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), is a strategic initiative entered into with the Air Force District of Washington Contracting Division to provide services both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). Multiple CAAS IV indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with a maximum program value of $4.7 billion, were awarded to both large and small businesses.

As the managing partner of the joint venture, Zantech will provide support services in the areas of management and professional support services; studies, analyses and evaluations; and engineering and technical services.

VA Enterprise Architecture Contract Award – 11/10/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) has awarded it a contract to provide Enterprise Architecture (EA) Repository and Support Services to the VA’s Office of Information and Technology (OI&T). Under this two year contract, Zantech will implement a web-based EA Repository solution that integrates EA tools, frameworks, methodologies, models and artifacts so as to centrally organize, store, manage, and improve accessibility to the electronic products developed by multiple contributors throughout the EA process.

Army Training Contract Award – 9/27/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that its ZCSolutions joint venture was recently awarded a contract to provide Training Information Architecture and Applications Support to the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) at Fort Eustis, VA. ZCSolutions, LLC is a joint venture with Capstone Corporation, Zantech’s mentor under a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved mentor protégé relationship. As managing partner under this contract, Zantech will maintain the Army’s training architecture framework consistent with DODAF standards, provide software applications design and development, and support information assurance maintenance.

When notified of this award, Zantech CEO Zia Islam said, “We are very pleased and excited that our ZCSolutions joint venture has been selected by the Army for this contract award, and we look forward to providing the ATSC with outstanding information architecture and software applications support.”

GSA STARS II Contract Award – 7/29/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by the General Services Administration (GSA) Small Business GWAC Center in Kansas City, MO, that Zantech has been awarded an 8(a) Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services (STARS) II prime contract vehicle. Under this Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Zantech will have the opportunity to provide information technology (IT) services and solutions to agencies across the Federal Government. In addition, GSA qualified Zantech to provide these IT services in all four functional areas of each of the two constellations defined by the contract.

When notified of this award, Zantech CEO Zia Islam said, “As a current GSA STARS contract holder, we are very pleased to have been selected for a STARS II award by the GSA, and we look forward to continuing to provide Federal agency customers with outstanding IT services and solutions.”

Navy Seaport-e Contract Award – 6/28/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by the Department of the Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division in Dahlgren, VA., that Zantech has been awarded a Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) prime contract vehicle. Zantech will have the opportunity to provide Navy organizations within the National Capital, Mid Atlantic, Gulf Coast, and Southwest geographical zones with systems engineering and analysis, advanced technology, and information technology support through task order awards.

2011 OSDBU Procurement Conference – 4/21/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. was very pleased to participate as an exhibitor at the 21st Annual OSDBU Procurement Conference, which was held on April 21, 2011 in Chantilly, Virginia. The OSDBU Procurement Conference is a national conference fostering business partnerships between the Federal Government, its Prime Contractors, and small, minority, service-disabled veteran-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone, and women-owned businesses. Exhibiting at this major event, attended by thousands of government and industry personnel, afforded Zantech the opportunity to present its enterprise information systems capabilities, and gave our corporate staff the opportunity to meet and speak with many senior government officials and conference attendees.

Zantech IT Services, Inc. has been selected as one of the Top 100 Businesses in the United States by DiversityBusiness.com, for a second year in a row. Zia Islam, Zantech’s President and CEO, was presented with the award at the 11th Annual Business Awards Ceremony and Conference held on April 20, 2011 at the Gaylord National Resorts on the Potomac in Maryland. DOD TFBSO Contract Award – 1/10/2011

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was recently awarded a contract to provide Strategic, Technical, and Analytical Support Services to the Department of Defense (DoD) Task Force for Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO). Zantech will provide advisory services, technical assessment, training materials, and other non-personal services in support of the design, implementation and operation of energy development and access projects in Afghanistan. Zantech personnel will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, structuring, presenting, and help to close opportunities which increase the supply of energy and maximize the ancillary benefits (employment, economic activity, agricultural expansion, and improved living conditions) for the local population. The initial value of this contract is $10.5 million, with options for additional support services.
