USCG RBM Support Services Contract Award – 11/22/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide project management support services to the Acquisition Directorate’s Response Boat Medium (RBM) Acquisition Project. Under this two year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide project management, financial management, information technology, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), familiarization/orientation/training, logistics, and transition team support services.

USCG Programmatic Support Contract Award – 11/18/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide programmatic support services to the Office of Aviation Acquisitions (CG-931). Under this five year contract, Zantech’s professional staff will provide business finance accounting, cost analysis, schedule analysis, systems engineering, risk management, and administrative functions.

ISO 20000-1:2011 Certification – 10/14/2013

Zantech IT Services announces that it has received an ISO 20000-1:2011 certification for IT Services Management, which was granted by International Standards Certifications (ISC), an external auditing body. The ISO 20000-1:2011 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses to ensure that an effective Service Management System (SMS) is in place to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech’s SMS serves as an organizational standard for an integrated process approach for the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services that fulfill service requirements and provide value for both the customer and the service provider.

DOS CAPPS Contract Award – 9/23/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) has awarded it a contract to provide Consolidated American Payroll Processing System (CAPPS) services in support of the Bureau of Information Resource Management, Systems and Integration Office (IRM/SIO). Under this two year contract, Zantech’s skilled professional personnel will provide full software engineering life cycle support for IRM/SIO’s large-scale enterprise computer systems, to include operations and maintenance (O&M), applications development, database control, strategic planning, and documentation services.

EAGLE II Contract Award – 8/26/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded an Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) Functional Category 1 contract, in the small business track, to Pyramid Systems, Inc. Zantech is a Core Team Member with Pyramid on this contract, and serves as a recognized resource for program performance. As an EAGLE II Core Team Member in Functional Category 1, Zantech will participate in providing DHS with Information Technology (IT) services, which includes integration, software design and development, and operations and maintenance support.

DOS ITSS Contract Award – 8/22/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) Foreign Service Institute (FSI) has awarded the Alliant Enterprise Joint Venture (AEJV) a task to provide Information Technology Support Services to the National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, VA. AEJV is an alliance of multiple small businesses that is eligible to receive task awards under its GSA Alliant Small Business contract vehicle. As an AEJV partner, Zantech will provide operational training systems support to include: collaboration software development, training applications and database design, website design and maintenance, multimedia learning implementations, and helpdesk support.

Army Training Contract Award – 7/12/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was recently awarded a contract to provide Army Training Information System (ATIS) Architecture and Application Sustainment to the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) at Fort Eustis, VA, as a follow-on to an existing Zantech contract. Zantech will provide the ATSC with architecture analysis, design, and development consistent with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) criteria; software applications design, development, and testing using Agile methodologies; mobile technology enhancements; information assurance expertise; help desk support; and systems engineering services.

Zantech Employee receives NASA/GSFC Award – 6/18/2013

Zantech IT Services is very pleased to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) Code 400 presented its “Rookie of the Year Peer Award” to Christopher Popp for his exemplary performance on the Software Engineering Support (SES) contract since 2012. During the past year, Chris stepped in multiple times to investigate and solve technical problems with mission critical elements of several different satellite data collection and processing systems. And in one instance, he worked a 16 hour day to solve a specific space mission problem.

USCG Naval Architecture Contract Award – 5/30/2013

Under this five year contract, Zantech will provide senior naval architecture staff to assist with the design and testing of high-speed cutter boats being developed in support of deepwater missions in the open ocean environment.

USCG SPS Contract Award – 5/22/2013

Zantech Employee receives NASA/GSFC Award – 2/22/2013

Zantech IT Services is very pleased to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/ Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) presented a Group Achievement Award to Ms. Janeiro Hagans for her participation in the Earth Sciences Mission Operations (ESMO) modernization effort. Over a period of two years, the ESMO Modernization Team, which included Ms. Hagans, successfully modernized the Ground Support Systems for several Earth Observing Satellite missions. The team successfully implemented the systems technology upgrades within the approved schedule and budget, without impacting on-going mission operations or compromising security.
