Zantech on Columbus Technologies’ NASA SES Team – 12/1/2010

Zantech IT Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that it’s a team member on Columbus Technologies’ recently awarded contract for Software Engineering Support (SES) to NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. Under this five year $250M program, Zantech will support Columbus in providing for the design, development, test, and deployment of software; data and information systems for the aerospace missions within the Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate at Goddard.

Zantech IT Services, Inc. establishes Mentor Protégé relationship with Capstone Corporation – 7/26/2010

Zantech IT Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Small Business Administration (SBA) has approved its application to establish a Mentor Protégé (MP) relationship with Capstone Corporation. The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to encourage approved Mentors, such as Capstone, to provide various forms of assistance to eligible 8(a) certified Protégés, which can enhance their capabilities and improve their ability to successfully compete for federal contracts. As a leading Federal Government and Defense contractor, Capstone personnel will collaborate closely with Zantech staff to provide advice and counsel in the areas of management, technical, financial, business development, contracting, and administrative assistance.

As one element of its MP relationship, Zantech and Capstone have established a Joint Venture (JV) partnership known as ZCSolutions, LLC, a Virginia registered corporation. Using this SBA approved MP JV relationship, Zantech can compete for Federal programs with the credentials of a small business and the capabilities of a large business, thereby enhancing its competitiveness in the Federal market space.

GSA IT Schedule 70 Extension – 03/17/2010

SEI CMMI® DEV Level 2 – 02/22/2010

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it has achieved a Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Development (DEV) Maturity Level 2 rating from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University, ensuring that all of its processes adhere to the highest standards available. NASA PILS Contract Award – 2/5/2010

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md., that Zantech has been awarded the Programmatic and Institutional Learning Services (PILS) contract. Zantech will provide logistical and coordination support services to NASA Headquarters and Goddard for events such as conferences, symposia, and workshops, and will also assist in the distribution of administrative, scientific and technical information. These events may be held at various locations including local, national, and international sites, with attendees from other agencies, private industry, research facilities, and academic institutions. The total value of this fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract is $45 million, over an effective ordering period of five years.
